Co-owner Kimbo

Coach Kimbo was born and raised in Round Rock Texas, where she played High School softball. She played middle infield and pitcher where she was named District 15-5A MVP. In addition to softball she was a volleyball setter and ran cross country for the Round Rock Dragons. She continued her career at Hill Jr. College where she earned back-to-back All Conference and the teams MVP. After Junior College she went on to play at Eastern New Mexico where she split her time on the mound and the infield.

She traded in her glove for heels and an office chair where she coordinated corporate events. After she and Kendall had two daughters, 22-months apart, a career change was in order to spend more time with the family and raising their girls so Kimbo left the corporate world to work at the daycare where their daughters went. Once she found out she was pregnant a third time but with an extra surprise of having twins, Kimbo became a stay-at-home mom. She has loved every minute of it but is ready to take on a job that is a little easier and has a little less stress. So now she is bringing her organization, event planning and management skills to Diamond Fellowship.

Kimbo's favorite Bible verse: Romans 12, Romans 12: 9-13

"Love must be sincere. Hate what is evil; cling to what is good. Be devoted to one another in love. Honor one another above yourselves. Never be lacking in zeal, but keep your spiritual fervor, serving the Lord. Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer. Share with the Lord’s people who are in need. Practice hospitality."
